What Atlaslab is
Atlaslab is a desktop research workspace plus a website that distributes it, runs a model gateway, and operates a Skill / Tool marketplace. The desktop app runs entirely on your machine. The website services run on infrastructure operated by Atlaslab Research Co.
What you can do
- Install the desktop app on machines you control and use it for personal, academic, or commercial research.
- Use the model gateway up to your plan's quota; purchase or earn additional credits.
- Install official Skills and Tools from the Market.
- Share an invitation link to onboard collaborators.
What you can't do
- Resell access, redistribute the desktop app binaries, or remove the Atlaslab branding when running modified copies.
- Abuse the model gateway — scraping, automated bulk content generation outside your normal research workflow, or attempts to bypass quota enforcement.
- Use Atlaslab to generate content that violates applicable laws or that harms research integrity (e.g. fabricating data, plagiarizing protected work).
Your data
Your files and chat history stay on your machine. See the privacy pagefor the full account of what we do and don't store.
Outputs and your research
Anything the agent generates inside your project — code, plots, drafts, reports — is yours. You decide whether to ship it, publish it, or throw it away. Atlaslab claims no rights over your outputs.
Service availability
The desktop app runs whether our servers are up or not. The model gateway and the Market depend on our infrastructure; we operate them in good faith but provide no formal uptime guarantee outside an Enterprise contract.
No medical advice
Atlaslab is a research tool. The agent's outputs are not medical advice and must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment decisions. A qualified clinician is responsible for any clinical action.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from your Dashboard. Unused credits are forfeited; we don't refund partial-month subscriptions unless required by law.
